Otherhood is a mission-driven health equity agency of award-winning content creators, strategists, and designers led by Elizabeth Elfenbein. A visionary social innovator, award-winning storyteller, and advocate for marginalized communities, Elizabeth is dedicated to reshaping health, well-being, and social equity around the world. In 2022, she launched Under the Sisterhood, followed by Sistergood in 2023, building a worldwide movement that empowers women through education, storysharing, and community-driven action. She also created Under the Hood of Women’s Health, a dedicated platform addressing critical health issues, amplifying expert voices, and fostering conversations to drive awareness, advocacy and action.

Her work challenges the status quo, giving voice to those who are often overlooked: women, people of color, the aging population, LGBTQ+ communities, neurodivergent individuals, and people with disabilities by transforming how health and inclusion are understood, experienced, and represented on a global scale. With an unshakable belief in social connectedness as the foundation of well-being, Elizabeth continues to lead impact-driven initiatives that create lasting change.
